Cancellation Policy

Thomas Real Estate & Consulting Law dba DeedEasy Booking Policy 1. Introduction This policy outlines the procedures for scheduling and managing attorney consultation appointments at Thomas Real Estate & Consulting Law dba DeedEasy. The purpose of this policy is to ensure efficient appointment scheduling, client satisfaction, and effective utilization of attorney resources. 2. Appointment Scheduling • Initial Consultations: Initial consultations may be scheduled through the following methods: o Online booking system o Telephone o Email • Follow-up Consultations: Follow-up consultations can be scheduled during the initial consultation or by contacting the office. • Appointment Confirmation: Clients will receive an appointment confirmation, including date, time, attorney's name, and contact information. 3. Appointment Duration • Standard initial consultation appointments are 30 minutes. • Longer appointments may be available upon request and subject to attorney availability. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling • Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours in advance by calling/texting 470) 610-5778 or emailing admin@treclaw.com. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee of 99 in the event the service is not used. • Booked services must be used within 30 days and if not used are subject to a partial refund less the cancellation fee of $99 for booked services. • No-shows may result in a fee of $99 and may affect future appointment scheduling. 5. Fees • Initial consultation fees are included with the booked service. Please refer to your specific retainer for additional service requirements. • Fees for service are due at the time of the consultation. Your consultation and service will automatically be cancelled in the event of a chargeback. 6. Attorney Availability • Attorney availability may vary based on caseload and other commitments. • Thomas Real Estate & Consulting Law dba DeedEasy will make every effort to accommodate client scheduling needs. 7. Confidentiality • All information discussed during consultations is confidential and subject to attorney-client privilege. 8. Amendments This policy may be amended from time to time at the discretion of Thomas Real Estate & Consulting Law dba DeedEasy.
